Pro Pigskin Pick’em was accepted into the Facebook application directory on Tuesday, August 14 at approximately 12:30 pm eastern US time. At the time of writing, 247 people have added the application, and 87 users submitted picks for Preseason Week 3. Keep in mind, too, that all picks were submitted before the weekly deadline, which was Thursday at 7:00 pm eastern time.

Next week should hold much more viral growth, as those users who submitted picks this week will introduce new users to the application in the days ahead. By the time next week’s deadline hits, I am optimistic that we’ll boast a user base of well over 1,000 people.
